Pre-Press systems are often sophisticated and complex. So your equipment needs to be checked regularly to ensure it will be running properly at all times. Preventive maintenance inspections should be scheduled at least twice a year. These may occur in conjunction with a service call, or can be scheduled at your convenience
Typically, during the preventive maintenance visit our technician will check your equipment for early signs of problems like unexpected vibrations or excessive wear and tear. He will adjust the factory parameters of your machine, re-align the imaging system, replace filters (according to manufacturer’s guidelines) and lubricate moving parts. Finally, he will examine the output to make sure it is problem-free.
Regular maintenance visits will prolong the life of your pre-press equipment and ensure that your production runs smoothly and efficiently.
